terms of service

1. eligibility

you must be at least 13 years old to use instant [vibe] check. by using the app you represent that you meet this requirement. if you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app.

2. your account

you sign in using a magic link sent to your email address. you are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your account. notify us immediately at hello@dropavibe.live if you suspect unauthorized use.

we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines at any time without notice.

3. content you post

you retain ownership of the photos and captions you post. by posting content you grant instant [vibe] check a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and store your content for the purpose of operating the app. this license ends when your post expires or is deleted.

you are solely responsible for the content you post. you represent that you own or have the rights to any content you upload, and that your content does not violate any third party's rights or any applicable law.

all posts are automatically deleted after 24 hours. we do not guarantee the preservation of any content.

4. prohibited conduct

you agree not to:

• post content that violates our community guidelines
• post content you don't have the rights to share
• use the app to harass, threaten, or harm others
• attempt to bypass moderation systems or exploit the app
• use automated tools to post, react, or interact with the app
• impersonate another person or entity
• use the app for any illegal purpose
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems

5. anonymous reactions

reactions on instant [vibe] check are anonymous — we do not display who reacted to a post. however, reaction data is stored in our database and may be reviewed by admins for moderation purposes. anonymity is not a license to abuse the platform.

6. moderation

we reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms or our community guidelines. we are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at any time.

7. intellectual property

the instant [vibe] check name, logo, design, and all app content created by us are owned by arkery and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

8. disclaimer of warranties

instant [vibe] check is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. we do not guarantee the app will be available at all times, error-free, or free of harmful content posted by users. use the app at your own risk.

9. limitation of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law, arkery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages from content posted by other users, loss of data, or service interruptions.

10. dmca & copyright

if you believe content on instant [vibe] check infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@dropavibe.live with a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing content, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized. we will respond promptly and remove infringing content where appropriate.

11. changes to these terms

we may update these terms at any time. when we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. if you disagree with any changes, stop using the app.

12. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
